The Donor Match app may collect the following when you use the service: your name, email address, and profile photos (if you create an account); donation type preferences and match history; shared medical records you voluntarily upload; and general device information (OS version, app version) used for diagnostics. We do not collect precise location data or sell your personal information to third parties.
We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Donor Match service, power profile verification and matching, facilitate in-app chat and secure medical record exchange, send optional account notifications (you may opt out at any time), and respond to support inquiries.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the app (e.g., cloud storage, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements. We may also disclose information when required by law.
